SAFE Group Chairman Steven Chang Elected
To help China to become more competitive internationally and to accelerate building Chinese software brands, the “2005 Top Ten Leaders in Chinese Software Industry” contest was initiated by “Software World” magazine, directed by CCID and China Software Industry Association, and sponsored by China Information World, CCID Net, CCID Consulting, China Electronics News and Science & Technology International. Its evaluation and voting process has recently been successfully completed.
The theme of this 5th contest is “Innovation and Development of Business”, and the evaluation process involves self reporting, recommendation, public voting, and experts voting. The award ceremony of “2005 Top Ten Leaders in Chinese Software Industry” was held in the afternoon, April 6th, at Beijing Empark Grand Hotel. Due to the numerous accomplishments achieved by SAFE Group, Chairman Steven Chang was chosen from many contestants to win the award, along with leaders from IBM, China and Trend Micro, China.
