Business Model

 

We have surveyed hundreds of suppliers in China and established a firm manufacturing network of 50 (26 Metal, 14 Plastic, 10 Electrical) "Core Vendors" and partners.

The original approach taken was to survey as many vendors as possible in order to handle a broad range of customer requirements. However, as we developed, it became apparent that the more effective approach was to focus on developing a core group of vendors that can cover the range of primary and secondary manufacturing processes and capabilities needed to support main areas of specialization.

This approach has allowed us to concentrate a greater volume of business on a smaller number of suppliers, thereby enabling us to have more influence and build stronger relationships with those suppliers.

China manufacturing is on the rise and the current outsourcing phenomenon is the start of a new pattern of innovation in the way we manage. It allows companies to focus on their core competencies of marketing and sales and provides access to world-class capabilities.
